Dote is rated 4+ and is suitable for all audiences.
Reminders are a help, not veterinary advice
Dote generates care schedules and reminders to help you stay organized, but they are best-effort suggestions based on general guidance — not professional or veterinary advice. Always confirm important decisions about your pet's health, vaccinations, medication or diet with a qualified veterinarian before acting on them.
Your data and backups
Your pet's information is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, synced across your own devices. You are responsible for keeping your device and iCloud backups. We cannot recover data that is lost if you delete the app or your device without a backup.
Subscriptions and purchases
Dote offers a 7-day free trial with the annual plan. After the trial, a subscription auto-renews at $4.99/month or $29.99/year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in App Store Settings on your device. The $59.99 lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no further charges. All payments are processed by Apple; refunds are handled under Apple's policies.
Changes to the app
We may add, remove, or update features over time. If we make material changes to these terms or how the app works, we'll communicate them in-app.
